Clinton Gardner, PhD, is President and CEO of Polaris Education Group, LLC. Dr. Gardner has over 40 years of  successful leadership, consulting and business development experience in higher education. Dr. Gardner has significant operations, accreditation and regulatory experience working with both regionally and nationally accredited colleges and universities.

In his distinguished career, Dr. Gardner served as President and Chief Executive Officer at California Southern University, the University of the Potomac and Northcentral University. In addition, Dr. Gardner has years of executive leadership experience through his work as a senior administrator at other regionally/institutionally accredited institutions, including Argosy University-Phoenix, the University of Olivet and Michigan State University.

Dr. Gardner's undergraduate and graduate background is in economics, and his doctorate degree is in Higher Education Administration from Michigan State University.

Pamela Sedwick is Polaris Education Group's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Sedwick has years of executive leadership experience including serving as Michigan State Senate’s Chief Financial Officer, Manager of the Office of Student Receivables at Michigan State University and Manager and Commercial and Consumer Loan Officer in retail banking. 

Ms. Sedwick has a Master of Business Administration from the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University.
